Congratulations to Adam Donle, the winner of the 2016 LHS Marching Band Scholarship

 

*Off-the-Line Band Camp June 23rd 2:45-9 & 24th 8-4

(Mandatory for all members)

 

 

*Off the Line Camp – June 23rd 2:45-9pm All members will need to have dinner delivered in time for the 5pm-6pm dinner break.  Please also make sure that they come to both Thursday and Fridays Camps with a water bottle to drink

 

*Off the Line Camp– June 24th 8am-4pm, Lunch will be at 11:30.  Please send your child with lunch or bring it to them in time for the break.  Don’t forget the water! Guard does not have practice on Friday

 

*Off the Line PARENTS MEETING/Boosters Info Fair -  June 23rd

Beginning at 7pm in the Fine Arts Lobby and continuing in the Auditorium for a Mandatory Meeting.  (1 parent for each member MUST attend this informational meeting!!!)

 

***All membership packet forms are to be turned in at Off the Line Night.  All needed paperwork is attached to this email.   The Emergency Medical Form must be notarized.  There will be a Notary present at Off the Line night to notarize the form for you.  Please do not sign this form until you are in front of the Notary!  (You may choose to have the form notarized on your own prior to Off the Line Night if you wish.)  Also, be prepared to turn in your $125 deposit if you have not already done so.  Handbooks will be handed out at the table where paperwork is collected.

 

Attached is the paperwork distributed at Open House

 

The Off-the-Line Handout contains details about the Off the Line Band Camp/Booster Fair/Parent's Meeting.  The paperwork in that packet must be turned in at the Off the Line Booster Fair on June 23rd. The letter gives you a lot of information about the June 23rd meeting. If you have any questions please feel free to contact any member of the Executive Board (see contact list at end of email)

 

Student Accounts

 

2016 deposit of $125 is due by June 15th

 

Final statements for 2015 were available at the Open House

 

If you did not pick up your statement and there was a balance being transferred to the 2016 season your statement will be mailed.

To All Marching Band Members:


We are ready to kick off this year's 2016 Home Show Ad Campaign!  This is one of our biggest fundraisers.

 

The LHS Marching Band Boosters would like to give all members the opportunity to sell the same ads that they sold last year.  In order to do this we are asking that you email Kristie Roeder at tkroeder94@gmail.com, with your request no later than June 19th.   These leads will be set aside in an envelope with your name on them to pick up on "Off-The-Line-Night" Thursday, June 23rd.   Any lead cards that are not picked up that night will be eligible for signing out to other members. 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

You may check out up to five (5) business lead index cards with names of businesses that have advertised in the past. Or you may give us a list of businesses that you would like to contact.  (Please do not contact them before you give us the list.  This ensures that businesses will only be contacted once by our organization.)  Once you have closed out the lead you may get additional lead index cards from Kristie Roeder. 

 

This is a great way to get a head start on your student account....Happy Selling
