New parents and band members may be wondering what to wear and where to sit.  This is a celebration, a special occasion, so we ask for dress up attire.  Boys wear anything from dress slacks, shirts, and ties to khakis and golf shirts.  Girls wear dresses, skirts, or dress pants.  We try not to wear jeans.

Tables on one side of the room are reserved for band members and ninjas only.  They will have balloons on them.  There are also reserved tables for the band staff.  All other tables are open seating for family members.  We will have “parent ushers” to assist with seating.

Adults can have drinks in the hotel bar; we just ask that you do not bring them into the banquet room.  Some parents like to wait in the bar area during the dance portion of the evening.

We look forward to a great celebration!

Syracuse Party Booth, once again, will be there for the evening at a drastically reduced price.  We will have a place for donations near their table.  Please give, if you can.

If you have any questions or did not receive your invitation, please contact Nancy at

Destiny USA candy bar event Please see attachments

We have been given the opportunity again to sell candy bars at Destiny USA on the weekends during the holidays.

This is a great way for members under 16 to put money in their student accounts last year 2 varsity members earned over $100.

We have secured the following dates Black Friday 11/28 Saturday 11/29 and the remaining Saturdays leading up to Christmas 12/6, 12/13, 12/20.

We will have to staff the table for sales from 9AM till 9PM.

It will be divided into 2 hour shifts and we will have a maximum of 2 slots per shift plus 1 adult for supervision.

All Seniors - Please note that you will be kept on the current list of e-mail recipients until graduation in June and therefore will continue to receive periodic e-mails concerning the Boosters during the Winter season.  At that point your information, along with those of your parents/guardians, will be transferred to our Alumni lists.

Those parents who still have members participating will remain on the standard lists.

SU BAND DAY - It is that time of year again and we have been invited to be a part of Syracuse University's "Band Day" at the Carrier Dome!  Bands from all over New York State have been invited to come together on Saturday, November 14th to rehearse together, meet and fellowship with, and then perform alongside one another and the Syracuse University Marching Band during halftime at the Clemson game!

This is a wonderful opportunity for students to get the "collegiate band" experience for a day, meet other band members from around the state, talk with college band members about what it is like to stay involved in marching band past high school, and just have a blast watching some great football and traditions!

Participation is FREE for all band members and tickets to the game are offered to any friends or family members at an extremely discounted rate (see information below on how to reserve your ticket).  At this moment, we are still waiting to be assigned a kick-off time for the game so we don't have a time-table for you, but we will let you know ASAP!  Plan to spend most of the day at the Dome and, thanks to our great supporter, Mr. David Perry (Director of Fine Arts), transportation will be provided for participating band members by the District!

This performance is not mandatory, but it is open to all members - guard, percussion, and wind players!  We will perform in our uniforms alongside bands from throughout the state, as well as the SUMB, and will hold four short rehearsals leading up to the event (RSVP for dates).  Music and videos of work (for guard) are available now and will be sent to you as soon as you RSVP (contact Ms. Harris -

So if you are interested in being a part of Band Day 2015, please contact Ms. Harris ( to reserve your spot today!

There are still plenty of Midas Oil Change Coupons left from this season's fund raiser.   Coupon sell for $20 and $10 will be credited to your student account for each sold.  Coupons expire 5/31/16.  If interested, contact Joan Mashayekhi @

The Boosters are You!  The Marching Band Boosters is an organization consisting of parents and guardians who would like to participate in the direction of the Liverpool Marching Warriors.

The goal of the Booster organization is to support the Marching Band Program; to develop and carry out fundraising and other projects which assist with keeping actual out of pocket costs as low as possible; to help promote the Marching Band programs within the school district and the greater community.

Some area employers (ex. AETNA , BEST BUY, and VERIZON) will give grants to non-profit organizations that their employees volunteer for. Check with your employer and see if such a program exists at your place of employment
